By accessing or using The AI Surfer platform, website, and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

The AI Surfer provides an AI-focused membership community, educational content, live training sessions, and software tools designed to help individuals and businesses implement AI in their workflows. Access to premium features requires an active paid subscription.

3. Accounts and Membership

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Membership is personal and non-transferable. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid memberships are billed on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods unless required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to: violate any applicable laws or regulations; infringe the intellectual property rights of others; distribute spam or malicious content; share your account credentials with others; scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission; or engage in any conduct that disrupts or harms the community.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on The AI Surfer platform, including training materials, software, videos, and written content, is owned by The AI Surfer and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Community Standards

As a member of The AI Surfer community, you agree to treat other members with respect and professionalism. We reserve the right to remove any member who engages in harassment, discrimination, or conduct that violates our community standards, without refund.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained from use of the Services will be accurate or reliable. Individual results from using our training and methods will vary.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The AI Surfer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on our platform. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
